Monthly HOA meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM.
Our Annual HOA meeting will be held the 3rd Tuesday in November at 6:30PM in the main clubhouse.
A Letter of Good Standing HOA Membership letter is to be requested in writing by the closing title company.
This request is to be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to closing date.
A $25 processing fee is required prior to release of this letter.
