As of 2025, HOA Annual Dues Assessments are $315 per year and due by the end of January.
If you are needing a Letter of Good Standing for a mortgage company or Loan officer, we need a MINIMUM of 2 weeks notice before your closing date! We have received several requests with too short of a notice for our accountant to get them out. You must contact us either by email or mail, along with sending a $25 Admin fee payment to our P.O. Box. Once that is received, we will then forward the request to our accountant for processing. Thank you!
