Clubhouse Rental Information. Please be sure to read the information below and complete a Rental Agreement.
The clubhouse can be rented for birthdays, meetings, or any other personal event. The clubhouse can be rented by any Glen Eagles IV homeowner in good standing (HOA dues have been paid) or Glen Eagles Amended (S 201st E Ave area) and Glen Eagles III(Duplexes/Townhomes) homeowner's who have purchased the Clubhouse / Pool Membership for the current year.
Large Main Clubhouse Room - $200 Rental Fee + $100 Deposit (Room to the right of the entrance where our annual meetings are usually held).
Payment Info:
Cash, Check, Money Order, or online payment through 'Cash App' to $GlenEaglesIVHOA, for a total of $300 for Main Room is to be paid at least 7 days before the rental date.
After the rental is complete the HOA will refund the $100 deposit, provided there are no issues with damage to property, violation of curfew, lack of cleaning, etc. (Deposits will be refunded within 10 to 14 business days AFTER the rental date.)
The Homeowner listed on the Rental Agreement MUST BE ON THE PREMISES during the event or it is sub-leasing which will REVOKE YOUR ACCESS to the POOL AND CLUBHOUSE.
RENTER MUST submit signed Rental Contract, proof of address, and payment 7 days prior to actual rental/reservation date. Arrangements for keycard access will be made at the time your deposit is received.

Renter/Tenant will be given a reasonable time to pickup key and it will be their responsibility to meet at that time. If they fail to pickup the key at that time they may forfeit their rental.
All rentals will end at 9:00 PM and Renters must exit the clubhouse by 10:00 PM, NO exceptions. As a renter YOU must have your party decorations and trash taken off premises and the clubhouse must be cleaned by 10:00 PM the evening of your party.
NOTE: Renting the clubhouse reserves the right to use the clubhouse space. It does not reserve the use of the pool also. The pool cannot be reserved and is open to the residents of Glen Eagles IV and their visitors per the pool rules.
