Monthly HOA Meeting Day Change
 
Monthly HOA meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30PM. 
 
Our Annual HOA meeting will be held the 2nd Wednesday in October at 6:30PM at the main clubhouse.
 


A Letter of Good Standing HOA Membership letter is to be requested in writing by the closing title company. 
This request is to be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to closing date.
A $25 processing fee is required prior to release of this letter.
