Hello Glen Eagles residents!!
 
2020 Glen Eagles IV HOA Dues will be mailed out on 12/17/19.  Those that have a past due balance will have a separate invoice for the past due amount.  Dues are due in January.  You can mail them in, pay here online, or drop off at the January HOA meeting which will be held on January 14th, 2020.  Any questions can be emailed to us at board@gleneaglesiv.com  Starting February 1st, a late fee of $4.50 per month, will be added to any unpaid balance.  Please pay promptly
 
  If you have not received your letter, please let us know at board@gleneaglesiv.com  Invoices will be due by the end of January (1/31/2019) Just a reminder, invoices can be paid online here on our website under "Your Profile".  Any questions or concerns can be submitted on the webpage or email us at board@gleneaglesiv.com
 

 
 
Monthly HOA meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM. 
 
Our Annual HOA meeting is held the 2nd Tuesday in August at 6:30PM at the main clubhouse.
 


A Letter of Good Standing HOA Membership letter is to be requested in writing by the closing title company. 
This request is to be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to closing date.
A $25 processing fee is required prior to release of this letter.
